We have built this persona around us that therapy is only for mentally unstable people. Observing these perceptions, people don’t come up with genuine problems that need counseling. It results in a high number of suicides and increased number of depressed people all around the globe. We are living in an era where the level of competition is high, and individuals are highly stressed about what they want to do in life or about their career. The level of pressure that prevails in our society, it needs guidance.
