    Avery is a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Masters Level Social Worker with 4 years of clinical experience in working with individuals and families. Avery received his masters in social work from Fordham University with a specialization in grief, loss, and bereavement counseling.

    Avery also has a background in behavioral neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts and enjoys learning more about the brain, how it works, and how we can heal and grow through our past experiences.

    Avery utilizes a holistic, person-centered, and strength-based approach to working with clients on establishing effective and healing treatment goals. Avery has a passion for working with LGBTQ+, substance use, and grieving populations. He also has experience in helping folks navigate symptoms of depression, anxiety, BPD, and trauma. Avery enjoys using evidence-based practices including MET, (Motivational Enhancement Therapy), DBT (Dialect Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), and trauma informed care. Avery enjoys spending time with family, playing videogames, reading, and playing with his 2 cats.

    Rachael Burke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations throughout Connecticut. Rachael has multiple years experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families in both the home and clinic settings.

    Rachael specializes in the treatment of people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.  Rachael provides individual and couple counseling services. She incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into her work.

  • Andrea Dellacorte, LCSW

    Andrea is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with over 25 years’ experience working with diverse populations and all age groups. Previous employment included working in a clinic setting and later in a community-based program with in-person or telehealth sessions. She received a master’s degree in social work at Columbia University School of Social Work.

    Andrea’s approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral (TF-CBT), strengths-based, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused. As you gain confidence, you will feel more empowered and able to make the positive changes needed to achieve your treatment goals.

She is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. She has a deep understanding of the inner workings of the human brain. She specializes in anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use concerns, and relationship challenges. Alice practices using an integrative technique, emphasizing the unique differences in each individual. Over time, Rachel expanded her work to include adolescents, adults, and families, guiding them toward stronger relationships, positive self-esteem, and greater self-awareness. Ariel has experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD, through a compassionate and evidence-based approach.
