Associate Clinical Supervisor
Gabrielle is a licensed professional counselor associate (LPC-A). Gabrielle has a holistic approach to counseling, incorporating evidence-based practices and techniques to address each individual's unique needs. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, body image and substance abuse and has experience in working with both adolescents, adults and couples.
Gabrielle is also trained in mental performance and athletic counseling. Gabrielle is very passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential and has experience in working with both high school and college level athletes. She has a strong belief in the mind-body connection and how it affects our overall well-being. As an athletic performance counselor, she offers services for goal setting, mental toughness training, visualization and imagery, motivation and inspiration, working through sport injury, and performance anxiety.
Gabrielle is a graduate of Springfield College with a Master of Education in Athletic Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has also completed intensive EMDR therapy training.

Cameron is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. She utilizes evidence-based approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, communication skills, intellectual/developmental challenges, and school avoidance. Cameron is comfortable in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
Cameron creates a warm, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and empowered to overcome their challenges. In her free time, Cameron enjoys spending time outside with her dog and painting.
