Alice holds a Master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor's degree with a focus on behavioral neuroscience from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX. She is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. She has a deep understanding of the inner workings of the human brain. She specializes in anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use concerns, and relationship challenges. Alice practices using an integrative technique, emphasizing the unique differences in each individual. Rachael Burke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations throughout Connecticut. Rachael has multiple years experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families in both the home and clinic settings.
Rachael specializes in the treatment of people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. Chris Skennion, LPCA
Chris Skennion is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University and completed his undergraduate studies in Sociology and Psychology at the State University of New York at New Paltz.
He has worked with adults, adolescents, and families in both intensive outpatient programs and outpatient therapy, including clients with more complex mental health needs. He helps individuals navigate life transitions, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships. Kerlyne is an experienced social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and more than 10 years of direct service experience working with vulnerable populations, including youth, adults, and families. Her career includes roles in mental health recovery, community support, and protective services, giving her a deep understanding of developmental, emotional, and environmental factors that impact a child’s well-being.
Kerlyne approaches therapy with warmth, structure, and cultural humility. She prioritizes building strong rapport with young clients while patterning with families to create a lasting change. Michael Izdebski, LPC-A
Michael Izdebski, LPC-A is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairfield University. He is also completing advanced training with the Western New England Psychoanalytic Society, deepening his skills as a psychodynamic therapist. Victoria is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who holds her master’s degree in advanced practice psychiatric mental health nursing from the University of Saint Joseph. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and nursing from the University of Connecticut. She brings many years of bedside nursing experience from Yale New Haven Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. Victoria is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care and believes in treating the whole person — mind and body. She is dedicated to helping patients feel better and supporting them on their journey toward improved mental health. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, spending time with her dog, Charlie, and expressing her creativity through various crafts.
