Our Team

  • Samantha Zarcone, LPCA

Hi, I’m Sam, a compassionate and client-centered counselor dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges and guiding them toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. I provide counseling for children, teens, and adults, both in person in Cheshire and virtually throughout Connecticut, offering flexible and accessible care for all ages.

I work from a collaborative, supportive approach, meeting each client exactly where they are. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as we work together to create healthier patterns and navigate the obstacles impacting your life.

My clinical experience includes supporting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral challenges in children, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I also enjoy helping clients develop stronger coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and overall mental wellness.

In my sessions, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and age-appropriate therapeutic techniques when working with children and adolescents. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where every client, from young children to adults, feels heard, supported, and empowered.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, build tools that work for your unique needs, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help, whether in Cheshire or through virtual therapy from the comfort of your home.

  • Crystal Cribs, LMSW

Hi, I’m really glad you are here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to do that here. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) working with children, adults, and couples who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.

My style is warm, real, and collaborative. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods—I’ll listen, support you, and also be honest with you in a way that helps you grow. Therapy with me is a space where you can be yourself, talk things through without judgment, and start making sense of what’s been weighing on you.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build practical tools, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward real change—not just insight, but progress you can actually feel in your day-to-day life.

I’m also committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, where you feel respected, understood, and safe to show up fully as yourself.

Whether you’re working through past experiences, trying to improve your relationships, or learning how to show up differently for yourself, I’m here to support you through that process.

If you’re ready for something different—even if you’re not 100% sure what that looks like yet—I’d be happy to connect.

I believe therapy is built on a strong, trusting relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive and judgment free space where you feel heard, understood and empowered. Together, we will explore current challenges, develop meaningful goals and work toward a healthier, more balanced future.

I support individuals navigating concerns such as stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed. My approach is interactive and tailored to your unique needs, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and strength-based interventions. I also emphasized practical coping skills to support your day-to-day well-being.

Life can feel overwhelming when balancing responsibilities like family, school, work and self-care but you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can create clarity, build resilience and support your journey toward emotional wellness.

  • Xaviera Davis, LCSW

I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to working with adolescents and young people navigating complex life experiences. My clinical work has been shaped by time spent supporting youth through significant transitions, instability, and adverse environments. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for resilience, and an understanding of how trust is built slowly, through consistency, authenticity, and respect.

I have worked closely with teens facing emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, and family disruptions. In more intensive therapeutic settings, I’ve supported clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development while balancing school, relationships, and different expectations. I am

comfortable meeting clients in moments of crisis, while also helping them build sustainable coping strategies and a stronger sense of self over time.

My style is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where clients feel heard without pressure to have everything figured out. I incorporate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness, tailoring sessions to each person’s needs and pace. Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, communication skills, or processing difficult experiences, I focus on helping clients feel more in control of their lives and more connected to who they are.

I believe that meaningful change happens in relationships where people feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to take risks.

My goal is to cultivate an environment that feels consistent, respectful, and real.
