    Madeline Mandeville, LPCA

    Madeline (Maddy) is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from University of New Haven. Maddy brings prior work experience of supporting at-risk youths in a variety of mental health settings such as: inpatient psychiatric care, residential programs, and outpatient clinics. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression and trauma. 

    Maddy uses a variety of evidenced based practices and person-centered approaches to help clients navigate everyday challenges and relational issues, while also helping clients improve in areas such as communication, expressing emotions, and mindfulness. Maddy works with her clients to create individualized goals that encourage growth and healing. Common therapeutic interventions used are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). 

    Maddy is an empathic and committed mental health professional that provides a space built from comfort and understanding. By creating a safe and non judgmental space, Maddy ensures that clients are listened to and advocated for. She is comfortable working with children, teens, and adults and provides individual and family therapy services.

    Aaron Miller, LMSW

    Individual and Family Therapist

    Aaron Miller, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker providing therapy for children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. Aaron specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, and evidence-based treatment approaches designed to help clients improve emotional wellness, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges.

    Aaron has experience conducting mental health assessments, therapy intakes, treatment planning, and group therapy sessions. He works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. Aaron focuses on creating a supportive, safe, and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the counseling process.

    Aaron is passionate about helping individuals and families develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, and achieve meaningful personal growth through compassionate and client-centered mental health care.

    Nary Rath, LMSW

    Individual and Family Therapist

    Nary Rath is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health. She graduated from Western Connecticut State University with her Bachelor of Social Work and was awarded the 2018 School of Professional Studies Dean's Award. A year later, she earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut as the youngest student in her cohort and was awarded the Emerging Social Work Leader Award. Nary is currently an online doctoral student at the University of Southern California (USC) and received the 2025 American Psychological Association (APA) Minority Fellowship Award. 

    Nary specializes in working with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) through a strength based and trauma-informed lens to treat youth and adults. Nary is extremely passionate about using a person-centered approach where she encourages her patients to be the expert in their own lived experience and to support them in self determining their path in life. Nary utilizes expressive art therapy practices, musical therapeutic techniques, and mindfulness interventions to help her patients access their inner power. Nary also offers tangible tools through CBT resources to help her clients leave therapy sessions with the skills necessary to cope with daily stressors, triggers, negative behaviors and more. 

    One of her favorite clinical experiences includes working with children ages 4-10 years old at an elementary school while she lived in San Diego, California. As a youth clinician, Nary was able to help her child clients build their self-esteem, grow their social skills, and work through separation anxiety. Another one of Nary's favorite experiences working with adults is helping her patients with moderate to severe schizophrenia navigate out of hallucinatory episodes by stabilizing them through a combination of psychotherapy and a referral for medication management. 

  • Kathryn Bagley, LCSW

    Clinical Supervisor

    Kathryn (Katie) is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with nearly 10 years experience working in the mental health field in a variety of capacities. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southern Connecticut State University, and went on to receive her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University. 

    Katie has a background working in various areas of clinical settings, including community-based mental health care, multi-dimensional family therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), private practice, and school-based mental health. Katie specializes in providing trauma-informed care to an array of populations, including individuals, families, and adolescents, and has experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, grief, and major life changes. 

    By being a welcoming, non-judgemental, and trauma-informed clinician, Katie is able to offer a wide array of tools and modalities to assist individuals by meeting them where they are at. This may include CBT, mindfulness, DBT and distress tolerance tools, gender-affirming care, and more. Katie brings her sense of humor and down-to-earth approach into the room to allow for feelings of safety, security, and genuine human connection in the therapy process. 

    Outside her first passion of the therapeutic setting, Katie enjoys reading, needlepointing, and spending time with her two cats.

    Alexandra Ferris, LPCA

    Senior Individual Therapist

    Alexandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. Through a combination of client-centered and evidence based approaches, Alexandra works collaboratively with clients to develop personalized goals that promote healing, resilience, and positive change. Alexandra utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , and mindfulness practices.

    Alexandra is a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor who aims to create a warm and comfortable environment where people can feel supported and open to share their feelings and experiences. Her goal is to help individuals to see their strengths and gifts while working with uncomfortable symptoms in order to live a more balanced and peaceful life. Alexandra supports clients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, school avoidance, communication skills, and relationship issues. Alexandra is comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults.
