Meet the Team

  • Jasmine Norman , LPCA

    Individual and Family Therapist

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have a passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful personal growth. My counseling approach incorporates Psychoeducation, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing me to create a supportive, collaborative, and empowering environment.

I believe counseling should be a nonjudgmental, empathetic, genuine, and professional experience where every individual feels heard, respected, and valued. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is not to tell individuals how to live their lives, but rather to walk alongside them, provide guidance and support, and help them navigate their experiences to discover what works best for them.

My professional experience includes working with domestic violence survivors, ages 18 and older, supporting both women and men through challenging and often vulnerable circumstances. In this role, I provided psychoeducation, crisis intervention, safety planning, SMART goal development, and coping strategies to help individuals build confidence, strengthen their resilience, and move toward greater independence and empowerment.

Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and children, studying my Bible, watching movies, taking pictures, traveling, and shopping. I value family, personal growth, and the importance of finding joy and balance in everyday life.

Ultimately, my goal is to create a space where individuals feel safe to be themselves, empowered to embrace their strengths, and supported as they work toward becoming the best version of themselves.

  • Moïse Francillon, LMSW

    Individual and Family Therapist

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University. I am a compassionate, client-centered clinician with experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan in a variety of clinical, educational, and community-based settings. With an academic background in both anthropology and clinical social work, I take a holistic approach to understanding individuals, recognizing how culture, identity, family dynamics, and lived experiences shape each person’s overall well-being.

Drawing from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions, I work collaboratively with clients to develop coping skills, build resilience, and foster personal growth. I have a particular interest in men’s mental health and the intersection of sports and mental health. As a former collegiate athlete, I bring a personal understanding of the pressures associated with competition, performance expectations, athletic identity, and the importance of prioritizing mental well-being both on and off the field.

As someone of Haitian heritage, I value culturally responsive care and recognize the importance of honoring each individual’s cultural identity, background, and lived experiences. I am also able to provide services in Haitian Creole, helping expand access to care for individuals and families who feel most comfortable communicating in their preferred language. Additionally, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process for clients who wish to incorporate their Christian beliefs into their journey toward healing and personal growth.

Outside of the office, I enjoy listening to music, watching sports, reading, and, more recently, learning to dance salsa.

  • Ann Malcolm, LPC

    Site Director

Hi, I’m Ann! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in anxious thoughts, going through a life transition, or struggling with self-doubt, therapy is a place to slow down and sort through it. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship stress, life transitions, and identity/self-exploration. Many of my clients are high-achieving but internally anxious, hard on themselves, or unsure of who they are outside of others expectations.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore the patterns keeping you stuck, build emotional regulation skills, and develop practical coping tools. I use a client-centered approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral strategies and motivational interviewing - meaning you’ll feel supported but also empowered and challenged in ways that help you grow.

Therapy with me doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. I bring warmth, humor, and a playful, down-to-earth energy into the room so you can feel safe enough to be real. Growth happens best when you feel understood!
